1. Services Overview
Feathers Bros Pool Services provides pool cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and related pool services to residential and commercial customers in the Indianapolis area. Our services may be subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
To use our website or engage our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Service Appointments and Scheduling
3.1 Scheduling Appointments
Appointments for pool services must be made through our website, by phone, or by email. Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via your preferred communication method.
3.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
3.3 Service Access
To perform pool services, you must ensure that we have proper access to your property. This includes having gates unlocked, pets secured, and pool areas clear of obstacles. If we are unable to access your pool for a scheduled appointment, you may be charged a service fee.
4. Service Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our pool services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion, and we will make every effort to correct any issues at no additional cost. Our guarantee does not apply to issues that arise due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, misuse, or improper care of pool equipment).
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1 Service Pricing
The prices for our services will be provided at the time of booking and may vary based on the scope and complexity of the work. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time without prior notice. For larger repair projects, a detailed quote will be provided for your approval before service begins.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees, including interest charges on overdue accounts.
5.3 Deposits
For certain large-scale repairs or installations, we may require a deposit. The deposit amount and payment terms will be outlined in your quote or service agreement.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your pool and property are treated with care, Feathers Bros Pool Services is not liable for any damage to your property that is not a direct result of negligence on our part. We will not be held responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective equipment, or unsafe conditions outside of our control.
6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the results of our services, including any specific outcomes for water clarity, chemical balance, or equipment longevity. Additionally, we are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from improper use of chemicals or equipment by customers.
7. Pool Equipment and Materials
7.1 Use of Customer Equipment
If you request that we use your pool equipment (such as pumps, filters, or cleaning tools), you assume responsibility for the condition and proper functioning of that equipment. We are not responsible for any damage caused to customer-owned equipment that is not properly maintained.
7.2 Feathers Bros Equipment
When providing services, we may use our own tools, chemicals, or other materials. These materials remain the property of Feathers Bros and may not be used, borrowed, or retained by the customer unless agreed upon in writing.
8. Health and Safety
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety during the provision of our services. You agree to maintain your pool area in a safe condition and inform us of any potential hazards (e.g., loose tiles, sharp objects, electrical hazards) before our service professionals begin work.
9. Privacy Policy
Feathers Bros Pool Services is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the course of our service (such as names, addresses, and payment information) will be used solely for the purpose of providing services to you and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
